Everything doctors need to know — from patient onboarding to outcome tracking
Quick Start
Log in to Doctor PWA
Log in at irehab-doctor.pages.dev with the credentials provided by Dr. Lin.
Add your first patient
Click "Add Patient" and fill in name, national ID, phone, surgery date, and diagnosis. The system auto-creates a care episode and initial prescription.
Have patients scan to join
Find the patient registration QR Code in "My Profile," print and laminate it for your office. Patients scan → fill info → add to home screen → done.
Patient Management
Patient List
The dashboard shows all patients at a glance: VAS trends, exercise adherence, PROM scores, wound photos. Left border colors indicate status — red means attention needed.
View as Patient
The eye icon in the patient detail header lets you preview what the patient sees in their app (read-only mode) — verify prescriptions and exercise instructions.
Shared Episode Access
Share a patient's care episode with other doctors (e.g., for consultation or cross-specialty collaboration). Click the share button in patient detail and search for a colleague.
PROM Tracking & Outcome Reports
The system auto-creates PROM questionnaires at post-op timepoints (Baseline, 3M, 6M, 9M, 12M) with email reminders. 19 instruments cover knee, hip, shoulder, elbow, wrist, ankle, and general health.
Doctors don't need to chase questionnaires. The system sends automatic email reminders on days 3, 7, and 10. If needed, create one manually from the dashboard.

The system checks all active patients daily at 07:30 and sends push notifications for:
Pain Rising
VAS trending upward
Inactive
No reports for several days
Low Adherence
7-day exercise completion low
AI-Assisted Features
iRehab provides AI draft features to help doctors complete documentation quickly. All AI drafts require doctor confirmation before taking effect.
SOAP Assessment Draft
Based on VAS, exercise logs, and PROM data, AI generates a SOAP-format assessment draft for doctor review and confirmation.
Prescription Suggestion
AI suggests exercise prescriptions based on procedure and recovery phase. Doctors can accept, modify, or reject.

Patient data belongs to the doctor. iRehab provides data export — download your complete data anytime.
Encryption & Access Control
All data in transit is HTTPS encrypted. Patients see only their own data. Doctors see only their own patients (unless shared via episode access).
