iRehab in Three Minutes: From the Clinic Visit to Rehab at Home

A three-minute video that follows one patient through iRehab: organizing symptoms in their own language before the visit, keeping the consultation focused on what matters, recording physician-assigned exercises at home, and letting family see how recovery is going.

When someone falls ill, the whole family often helps. One person comes along to the clinic, another keeps track of the medicines, someone else asks every evening whether today's exercises are done. We made a three-minute video that follows one patient through iRehab: before the visit, during the visit, at home, and how family members can help along the way. This version has English narration with Chinese subtitles; a Chinese-narrated version with English subtitles is linked at the end.

What the video shows

Before the visit. The patient scans a QR code and starts the Brief: no app download, no sign-up. The interface supports several languages, so patients can answer structured questions in the language they are most comfortable with. When they submit, the answers become a pre-visit summary their doctor can review.

During the visit. The doctor reads the summary first, so the limited consultation time goes to what matters most to the patient. The doctor confirms the information and then discusses the next steps in care with the patient.

At home. The patient follows the exercises their doctor assigned and records each day whether they were done. Afterwards they report a pain score and how much swelling there is, and can fill in a functional questionnaire from time to time.

Family. The patient can share the day's progress card to a family LINE group, and family members can see that snapshot without logging in. It is a public link: anyone who has it can open it, so the app asks the patient to confirm the content and who it is shared with before creating it.

Please note

This is a product and workflow overview. The animations are illustrative and do not demonstrate clinical effectiveness. AI helps organize and translate information; it does not replace a doctor's diagnosis. Records in the app are not continuously monitored, and immediate review or replies should not be expected. Follow your care team's instructions for treatment and exercise.
