My Progress Card

Create a 1080×1080 progress card anytime:

  • Choose a card type (start, streak, improved, advance, assessment, custom)
  • Optionally add a lifestyle photo (never uploaded, processed locally)
  • Adjust privacy settings (hide days, stats, choose footer)
  • Add a personal message
  • Share via LINE/IG or download

Daily Tasks

Three tasks each day: pain report, wound photo, rehab exercises. Completed tasks show a checkmark.

Exercises

  1. View prescribed exercises (name, sets, reps, hold time)
  2. Complete each exercise and tap the checkmark
  3. Report post-exercise pain and swelling
  4. Submit

You don't have to complete everything. Partial completion is recorded. You can exercise multiple times per day.

Pain Report

Report daily pain level (0-10 scale) to help your doctor track trends. Optionally include a wound photo.

PROM Questionnaires

Your doctor sends these at specific milestones (e.g., 6 weeks, 3 months). Takes 3-5 minutes. Scores help measure your recovery objectively.

Push Notifications

  • Exercise reminder: 08:00
  • Report reminder: 16:00
  • Overdue PROM: after 2 days
  • Prescription update: immediate
  • Milestone celebration: when achieved

Quiet hours: 22:00-07:00. No ads. Disable anytime in phone settings. iPhone requires app on home screen for push support.

Offline Use

The app works offline. Records are stored locally and sync automatically when reconnected. Data is preserved for 7 days.

Privacy

  • Only your doctor and authorized PT can see your data
  • Lifestyle photos on progress cards are never uploaded
  • All data transmission is encrypted
  • You can request data export or deletion anytime
